To avoid disappointment I would advise booking as early as you can.  Each cake is made to order so I don't have any cakes 'in stock'. 

Whilst I can provide cakes that are not made using allergens such as gluten or dairy, I do have these items (and other food allergens) in my kitchen so cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination.  Please contact me to discuss specific dietary requirements.

For celebration cakes delivery is not generally available (unless by special arrangement). This helps to keep the cost down for customers.  Cakes can be collected on an agreed date and time.  For wedding cakes, delivery and setup at the venue will be included in the quoted price.

As long as I have availability for the date you require, then I am very happy to discuss booking you in. I would just ask for a deposit to secure the date.

As all my cakes are bespoke, then the answer to that question is generally 'yes!'.

If I feel that what you are looking for might not be the style of cake that I offer then I will advise straightaway.  But please ask as I do enjoy a challenge!

Yes you can!  Follow the tips below for best results.

• Freeze cake as soon as possible after cutting into it.  
• Cut the cake into slices (or larger pieces) and open freeze on a baking tray or similar. As soon as the cake is frozen, wrap well in tin foil and/or cling film.  Try to do this as soon as possible once the cake is frozen to avoid freezer burn. You are aiming to exclude as much air as possible. You can wrap several frozen slices/pieces together without them sticking to each other. 
• Label and date and consume within one month.
• Defrost at room temperature, either in the existing wrapping, or place on a plate and cover loosely with cling film.
• Sponge, chocolate ganache coating and buttercream filling will all freeze well. However, you will probably find that if your cake has an outer sugarpaste covering, and any sugar decorations, these will be soft once defrosted.  Whilst perfectly edible, it is suggested that these are removed before consumption.
